DATA ANALYST, School of Medicine, Genetics, Molecular Medicine

Primarily responsible for designing, developing, and executing statistical analysis leveraging research study databases.

Works closely with Biomedical Genetics Division faculty and collaborators in implementing various genetic analysis strategies for multiple ongoing and emerging projects in a highly collaborative environment; directs the development and maintenance of genomic analysis pipelines and the implementation of various analysis strategies; responds to requests for analysis from faculty, postdocs, and collaborators. trains students, postdocs and faculty in pipeline use; tests and utilizes new software and tools, modifying them as needed to adapt to specific research needs; adapts computational approaches and analytical tools as required for various analytical strategies.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. 1-3 years' work experience required.
