The main responsibility of this position is to manage all aspectsof predoctoral study, as related to the Registrar's Office: tracks student progress, produces reports for the various Promotions committees, and advises faculty, students and staff as to the proper procedures relating to registration, graduation, compliance, extensions and Promotions decisions; creates and enforces registration, grading and ranking timelines; registers students in the University and school databases; gathers, reveiws, enters and reconciles grades. This position is also responsible for maintaing student records (paper and in multiple databeses), processing transcript and verfication requests, ordering, paying and tracking office necessities, and providing excellent customer service to students, alumni, faculty and staff. In addition, this position assists the Registrar and Associate Registrar with special projects, various statistical reports and all major functions and activities of the office. This position oversees a student worker, in conjunction with the Registrar Coordinator.


Must have a Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience.
