MANAGER, MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS

100% - 12 Months

Exempt Position: This is an exempt position and is not subject to overtime pay.
Management earn 22 vacation days per fiscal year.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

DEADLINE EXTENDED TO FRIDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2018 BY 4 P.M.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• An associate Degree from an accredited college, preferably with an emphasis in a related field

AND

• Three years of experience working in maintenance-related trade or construction management WITH two years as a supervisor in a maintenance related trade or in the field of construction management.
