Administrative Research Assistant/UKHC

Job description

The Department of Anesthesiology seeks an individual to provide research, administrative and clerical support to assigned faculty members in department.

Duties include maintaining faculty calendars, record keeping, telephone and office coverage, IRB and research support under direction of PI, coordinating weekly conference and monthly meetings, and other duties as assigned.

Employee will provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers .

Physical Requirements

This position may require lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.and sitting for moderate periods of time.


40 hours per week


Technological proficiency, Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of research policies, IRB process.
