Staff Support Associate II

Job description

This position is the support staff for the office of University Orientation and Outreach. This position will provide day-to-day support of the office by managing phone lines and e-mails associated with the offices and responding to inquiries related to recruitment, orientation details and outreach activities. Additionally, this person will assist in the planning and logistics of the University's orientation events throughout the year - including working with student Orientation Leaders and managing inventory. This person will also assist in the management of outreach activities including managing communication with on- and off-campus partners and coordinating logistics.
