General Summary: The College of Education at the University of North Georgia is seeking applications for a part-time faculty member to teach in an interdisciplinary higher education administration doctoral program, specifically in the Post Master's Certificate in Transfer Leadership and Practice. The successful candidate will be experienced in Higher Education with specific expertise and scholarship in higher education transfer and/or two-year institutions.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Repsonsible for teaching in an interdisciplinary higher education administration doctoral program.


Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • A Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration or closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated excellence in scholarly research.
  • Demonstrated success in college teaching.
  • Experience in program development and assessment.
  • Willingness to work in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Successful applicants should have extensive teaching and research interests in one or more of the following areas: higher education transfer, two-year institutions, institutional research, diversity and inclusion, higher education administration, and higher education policy and practice.
