SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Executive MBA Program, Questrom School of Business

Reporting to the Director of Student Services and Operations, the Senior Program Coordinator supports the administration of the Executive MBA (EMBA) Program to ensure that the program operations and services are executed with the highest quality and satisfaction. Serves as a primary first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and vendors. Manages curriculum materials purchasing including course packs, copyrighted materials, and e-books. Maintains and updates student records. Processes payments and tracks the EMBA budget. Organizes and manages multiple projects related to student services and program operations. Participates in the staffing of and operational support of program events including class weekends, orientation, class socials, and graduation. This position also manages the department email address and phone and provides general office management.

Associate's Degree, B.A./B.S. preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, experience in administrative support and process management, and one to three years of experience. This position is 40 hours per week and requires some evening and Saturday hours.
