Responsible for providing excellent customer service to parents, students, and internal and external stakeholders via in person, phone, and e-mail interactions. Provides clerical and administrative support to departmental staff.  

Training and Experience:

A high school diploma with a minimum of two years in a customer service or administrative support role is required. Ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing; to utilize Microsoft Outlook and Word; tact and sensitivity with team members and customers; self-motivated; detail oriented; ability to effectively prioritize competing needs.

*Provides excellent customer service to students, parents and stakeholders via phone, e-mail, and in person communication. 
*Refers students and parents to appropriate campus resources and ensures problems are solved in an efficient and timely manner. 
*Ensures that all e-mail and phone messages are responded to in a timely manner 
*Monitors all customer service traffic in the main housing office to ensure rapid response to customer needs. 
*Provides administrative and clerical support to departmental staff. 
*Engages in continuous training and knowledge seeking regarding student support resources in order to adequately assist students and parents. 
*Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
