Job Details
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive new student enrollment while protecting and enhancing Waubonsee's reputation.
Responsibilities
Oversees internal stakeholders across the college, as assigned. Acts as single point of contact for all stakeholder needs related to marketing and communications. Maintains on going contact with each stakeholder to understand marketing needs and to implement integrated marketing campaigns in support of their goals.
Coordinates and executes all aspects of campaign implementation, including paid, owned and earned tactics. Acts as liaison with designers and all other contracted service providers for production, as needed.
Measures and tracks effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Makes recommendations to improve performance based on key performance indicators. Coordinates all aspects of campaign implementation, including paid, owned and earned tactics.
Assists with the development and execution of the college's content marketing strategy including content development and execution of associated tactics.

Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in marketing, communications or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Graphic design experience preferred including experience with animation and design of digital ads. Experience developing infographics a plus. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
Be customer service minded and able to work in a collaborative environment.
Excellent oral and written communications skills and ability to interact with all levels of college staff in an effective and responsible manner.
Well organized and strong attention to detail; ability to proof and edit written materials a plus.
Skilled in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize and balance multiple projects.
