Quality & Transformation Coord/UKHC

Job description



The Chief Quality and Transformation Officer (CQTO) is seeking an experienced Quality and Transformation Coordinator to coordinate and assist with implementation of the UK HealthCare quality strategy. This position will be in the Office for Value & Innovation in Healthcare Delivery (OVIHD) and work closely with the CQTO and the Director of OVIHD to: a) support and help coordinate UKHC Quality Strategy implementation, b) establish strong network/partnership with key stakeholder departments, facilitate conversation among dyad pairs, department chairs, directors, etc., and c) prepare work plans, meeting materials, etc. The individual will provide guidance and support different workgroups on a daily basis and will work with UK Healthcare leadership to support achieving UKHC Enterprise Quality Goals and long term objectives. The individual will work with diverse project teams and leaders across UK HealthCare on quality strategy implementation and clinical redesign initiatives to increase the value of clinical care delivery. This role requires frequent interaction, collaboration, planning, and cooperation with senior level UKHC leadership and stakeholders necessary to develop and facilitate projects and initiatives that are part of Value/Quality/Safety implementation. This position will operate in a matrixed organization that requires excellent interpersonal skills, listening and influencing skills, and the ability to guide large multi-disciplinary teams through varied projects and work assignments.
