Position Summary: The Visit Support Specialist in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions will warmly welcome and provide great care to all prospective students, families, and other visitors to the office; counsel students about admission to Carolina; provide administrative support to the visit and event initiatives within the admissions office; assist students, parents, and counselors who call or email the admissions office regarding admission to Carolina and other inquiries; and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to create a welcoming environment within a high-volume visit center or comparable hospitality / customer service environment; work well with colleagues, students, parents, and educators and treat all with great care; effectively prioritize work, manage time, and demonstrate attention to details; demonstrate sound judgment; speak and write clearly; solve problems; and think critically.

Education Requirements:

Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
