Student Services Manager

Under the general direction of the Assistant Dean for Summer Session, the Student Services Manager is responsible for leading and establishing a strong student services operation for Summer Session. This includes the oversight of the Summer Session front office, all student-related services, and the operational management of the unit. Oversees and maintains the Summer Session enrollment process for summer courses and programs, specifically working in various databases and the campus student information system. Manage and leads staff that handle student issues ranging from enrollment inquiries, student account questions to exceptions. Responsible for the integrity of student information reported through various campus systems and reconciling data, as needed.

Salary: Range $59,623.00 - $70,346.00
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
