FINANCIAL ADMIN COORD
Duties: Under general direction of the Manager of Administration and Finance (MAF), this position is responsible to enter all agreements for the Research Inventory System (RIS) for the Manager of Administration and Finance's approval.
Under supervision by the MAF, Primary function of this position is to support the Manager of Administration and Finance (MAF) for the Division of Rheumatology with financial and research related projects. This person will run monthly reports, handle wayward transactions, create and close out purchase orders, and place orders for division. Complete/process monthly budget and expense journal entries as needed. Reconcile and correct fiscal year activity such as suspense, and anticipated resources. Assist with monthly payroll review. Allocate weekly Procard transactions.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of computer software such as Excel or Access; familiar with Ben Financial, and Business Objects or similar financial software.
