Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree (BA, BS or equivalent), preferably in education management or business management. Relevant experience with bachelor's degree in a different discipline is acceptable.

Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Experience working with and coordinating educational programs at the University level (Bachelor's, Master's, and/or PhD) preferred.

Position Summary:

This is a key position in the Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics (BMI) that leads the team responsible for developing and implementing the Department?s academic graduate, undergraduate, summer, and other educational programs.
The successful applicant for this position will be responsible, in collaboration with the current Associate Student Services Coordinator, for the day-to-day implementation and management of the Department?s academic educational programs, including managing our NIH Training Grant portfolio. This includes ensuring that the Department recruits a diverse and talented student body and that our students receive the services, guidance, and resources required to complete their programs. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting data; developing marketing materials; and managing the academic programs website.
