Administrative Support Associate I/UKHC

Job description



The Administrative Support Associate I will complete the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Clinical Administrator, Medical Director and other supervisors within University Health Services; including managing daily schedule; scheduling meetings; maintaining busy calendar(s); coordinating all travel and meeting arrangements; filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties as needed. Will also be responsible for generating and sending patient notes to Primary Care Providers; generating various patient notifications and reminders; and providing cross-coverage duties for the Behavioral Health Patient Registration Counselor Sr.; including, checking in patients, answers the Behavioral Health phone, scheduling appointments, completing phone messages and refill requests, assisting with prescription prior authorizations, discharging patients, collecting payments, completing urine drug screenings and facilitating ADHD testing.

Shift
