Job description

The Program Director Assistant, Operations Director Assistant is responsible for voice-tracking airshifts as assigned for locally originated music on WUKY, including the key Monday-Friday 9 am to 4 pm daypart, hosting airshifts live as needed, fundraising, audio and video production, and appearances at WUKY-sponsored event. As such this position helps enable WUKY to reach the programming and fundraising goals mandated by the WUKY strategic plan and the university.

Physical Requirements

Lifting, pushing, pulling of objects up to 40 lbs. Sitting/standing for long periods of time. Effective written and verbal communication. Occasionally exposed to loud noises and temperature extremes. Occasional job-related travel.


Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. (37.5 hours/week.)
