ASSISTANT AREA MANAGER, Facilities Mgmt & Planning, Custodial Services

Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the University's buildings and grounds by implementing department policy and custodial operational procedures. Assist in the custodial managers in all areas of activity: supervises and trains custodians, inspects buildings and grounds for cleanliness and safety, covers events, deals with disciplinary issues, snow removal, responds to emergencies, etc.

B.A./B.S. preferred, High School Diploma/GED required. One to three years of relevant experience.
