HR/AP Analyst

Under the supervision of the Sr. Personnel analyst in the Department of Medicine, the incumbent is responsible for providing on-going high-level analysis on academic and staff personnel and payroll matters, including recruitments, appointments, salary administration, annual reviews, merits, benefits, sabbatical and union related matters. Acts as a personnel resource to Faculty and Staff Supervisors on personnel matters. Responsibilities of this position encompass a wide-range of duties that are especially time sensitive. This position requires sound communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical and decision making skills, which are within a team environment.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 - $32.06
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
