Job Summary:

The Lowell Center front desk serves as the information and guest services hub for the Conference Center Hotel. The 24/7 hotel features 137 guest rooms, 7 conference rooms, dining facility, fitness center, swimming pool, and a fabulous location just one block from State Street and UW Memorial Union. This position provides first line customer support at the front desk in the Lowell Center and is in charge of administering guest service, providing program support, and operating the front desk.

Schedule Comment:

Day hours (7:15am to 415pm) or evening hours (3:50pm to 11:50pm) or partial shifts during those time periods. Shifts could be weekdays or weekends.
