Director of Master’s Programs
The Martin Tuchman School of Management (MTSM) at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) seeks a dynamic individual to serve as its Director of Master’s Programs. This position will work closely with, and report to, the MTSM Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. The Director has responsibility for administrative and operational management for the Tuchman School’s full array of master degree programs, including MS in Management, Master in Business Administration (MBA), Online MBA, and Executive MBA (EMBA). The Director will supervise the Graduate Program Advisor and work closely with the MTSM Director of Collaborative Programs and Research as needed to support EMBA recruitment and integrative session planning and execution. Since the EMBA is delivered in a hybrid mode with on-campus classes every other Saturday, the Director is expected to oversee and support on-campus operations in participation with the Graduate Program Advisor.
Candidates must have a demonstrated record of excellence with extensive background and significant experience (at least five years) in academic administration and an earned advanced degree in business or management, such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA), from an AACSB-accredited program.
