The Temporary Sales Coordinator will work directly with team management to ensure that administrative and support functions are handled properly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and have prior sales or box office experience, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle stressful situations during high volume sales times as well as handle donor and administrative support functions.

This position is a temporary part-time non-benefitted position.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce platforms
  • Customer service experience
  • Box office experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Digital document conversion experience

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of PatronManager software

Salary $10.63 Minimum - $17.66 Midpoint (Hourly) Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Standard office conditions. Ability to move about the office freely, communicate without restriction, lift up to 25 pounds and sit for long periods of time.
