The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine is seeking an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine to provide direct medical care to adult patients. This individual will be responsible for providing inpatient and outpatient palliative care consultation and follow-up care at UM-affiliated facilities.  The position also requires engagement in scholarly activities including clinical research, teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows; quality improvement and systems compliance initiatives; and Divisional, Departmental, Medical School and University-wide service.

The position requires an M.D. with Board Certification (or eligibility) in Medicine with additional training in Palliative Medicine and be eligible and obtain a valid Florida medical license.
