The Department of Urology at the University of Miami, School of Medicine has a faculty position available for Assistant Professor of Clinical Urology.  The Assistant Professor is appointed to a faculty position in the Department of Urology reporting directly to the Chairman.  The Assistant Professor will function as an attending physician at University of Miami Hospital and Clinics (UMHC), Jackson Memorial Hospital (JMH), and Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) including responsibility for coverage of inpatient and outpatient cases as well as operating room supervision of residents and outpatient clinics in the Ambulatory Care Centers.         They will also perform clinical activities through the University of Miami Medical Group (UMMG) clinical practice plan as well as supervise and teach residents and fellows both in inpatient and outpatient settings.  This includes surgical activities at UMHC, JMH, and VAMC

Candidate should have an M.D. from accredited medical school, completion of approved urology residency training program, licensed or eligible for Florida license to practice medicine, Board-certified/Board-eligible in urology.  Post-graduate fellowship in infertility / male reproductive medicine is required.
