Modify and post master syllabus in consultation with other TAL faculty; create teaching plan; order course texts and supplementary readings and materials; make course packs as appropriate; teach course; use wide range of instructional media as appropriate for course objectives; keep office hours and/or be available to students for consultation and assistance; use BlackBoard, MyUM, e-mail, phone and other forms of communication with students; provide substantive feedback to students and grade their exams and papers in a timely manner; administer final examinations in keeping with UM schedule; give out student course and teacher evaluations which are to be filled out without instructor in the room and to be returned to TAL offices by a student. At the end of each term, enter final grades through MyUM. Grades must be submitted as per published deadlines.
