The Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking candidates for a faculty position at the Assistant Professorl in the clinical/educator pathway at the Miller School of Medicine.

Duties will include working with the other ID physicians in the Division of Infectious Diseases with responsibilities including providing direct patient care to adult outpatients in the UMHC faculty practice or other satellite clinics, outpatient clinics at the University of Miami, and inpatient consult services at the University of Miami Hospitals and Jackson Memorial Hospital. In addition, you will also be involved with undergraduate and graduate medical education.

Requirements Include unrestricted Florida Medical License or Faculty Medical Certificate, completing the required UM online training i.e. HIPPA/Billing Compliance, and being credentialed by the University of Miami Medical Group, University of Miami Health System (University of Miami Hospital, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center) and affiliated institutions. Reappointment in subsequent years may also be contingent on obtaining and maintaining board certification in Infectious Diseases. You will be eligible for the fringe benefit package of the University of Miami Medical Group.
