Duties: Operates, installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs all types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including building automation systems. Candidates will be expected to work in a multi-skilled environment.
Qualifications: Associates degree or two year college equivalent and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Graduate from recognized Heating and Ventilation Technical School or Apprenticeship Program. 5 years of experience as Journeyperson on HVAC controls including pneumatic and electronic control systems. Experience on operating, maintaining and repairing all types of HVAC systems.
Must be able to independently troubleshoot building automation systems through use of a laptop computer.
Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to accept rotating shift work if required.
Must have valid drivers license, free of any suspension or revocation, from the individuals state of permanent residency.
