Job Summary:

Under the general supervision of a Coordinator of Interlibrary Loan, this position is responsible for processing interlibrary loan requests and supporting document delivery services. Routine day hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The ILL department is a highly complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative team work environment. The successful candidate must be flexible, detail oriented, and feel comfortable in an environment of constantly changing priorities.
