Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Department of Rehabilitation & Health Services seeks qualified individuals for its Adjunct Instructor Pool and welcomes applicants at any time. This posting is for the Fall 2018, Spring 2019, and Summer 2019 semesters. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester and openings to teach these courses develop on a periodic basis, depending on department teaching needs.
The anticipated need is for Adjunct Instructors to teach courses that may include but are not limited to: AGER 2250- Images of Aging in Film and Literature; AGER 4450- The Family in Later Life; AGER 4800- The Social Context of Aging: Global Perspectives; AGER 5740 - Financial Issues in Health Care Administration; AGER 5600 - Housing; AGER 5810/5840- Long Term Care Administration Pre-Internship/Internship

Minimum Qualifications:
18 hours of Master's level credit in Health Services Administration or closely related field. A minimum of three years in health services setting. Minimum of one year of teaching in an online setting (ex. BlackBoard Learn/Canvas).
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Health Services Administration or closely related field. Extensive experience using BlackBoard Learn/Canvas
