The Department of Sociology at George Washington University seeks a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Sociology in the broad area of criminal justice to begin as early as Fall 2018.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must have completed the PhD in sociology or relevant field by date of appointment. Applicants must also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching, mentoring, and research in the areas of criminal justice, law & society, and/or criminology or a related field.
