General Summary of Responsibilities: The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders and Special Education in the Dewar College of Education and Human Services seeks qualified applicants for a tenure track, academic faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. Position will serve as an Audiologist. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *Teaching a combination of graduate and undergraduate courses; *Conducting and publishing research; *Directing student research; *Providing clinical supervision across the age spectrum; *Providing services in the Speech and Hearing clinic on campus and performing other scholarly services; *Serving on Departmental, College, and University committees as assigned; *Providing service to the profession and community are expected. Required Qualifications: *Doctoral degree in Audiology or closely related field required by the appointment date; *Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and eligibility for Georgia state license in Audiology; *Minimum of three years of service in public schools, Health Sciences, ENT office, The VA or teaching at the university level; *Expertise in technology use and integration for teaching; *Record of publication activity in peer reviewed journals; *Commitment to excellence in teaching and learning, as well as scholarship; *Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
