Job Summary/Basic Function:
The Information Technology & Decision Sciences (ITDS) Department in the College of Business seeks an individual for a tenured / tenure-track faculty position in decision sciences / management science / business analytics (DS/MS/BA) with the ability and experience to teach and develop undergraduate and graduate DS/MS/BA courses, conduct high-quality research in those or closely related fields independently and with faculty colleagues and doctoral students, advise and mentor students, and render service to the department, college, university, and profession commensurate with their rank.

The successful candidate will have a PhD in Business Analytics / Decision Sciences / Management Science (BA/DS/MS) or a closely related field, have experience teaching undergraduate and graduate BA/DS/MS courses and developing such courses and curriculum, and a proven ability to conduct world-class, impactful research independently and with other faculty and doctoral students.
Our preference is for a candidate who already holds the rank of Associate or Full Professor; although, a proven senior Assistant Professor may be suitable. Experience, ability, and/or desire to work on and obtain research grants and contracts, and to work with organizations that hire our students to procure scholarships and internships is desirable. Great teaching and research are key.
