ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR,College of Arts & Sciences, Chemistry

Assume responsibility for and exercise mature judgment to assure the successful completion of matters before the Chair. Support the work of the Chair; assist faculty and support and coordinate the appointment, promotion, and tenure process; support and coordinate faculty recruitment; plan and coordinate department events; maintain administrative records; assist in the preparation of departmental reports and reviews; record monthly faculty meetings; promote a professional and supportive environment for members of the Chemistry community; and provide other services as required by the Chair.

Bachelor's degree and one to three years of experience required. Familiarity with visa classifications and processes desirable.
