Join an innovative team working with students living throughout the USA who are enrolled in an online Master of Social Work program.

Responsible for providing student services including academic advising, responding to programmatic and policy related inquiries about course requirements, registration, program planning; teach integrative seminars for new students; and ensuring compliance with the program’s policies and procedures. Advise online students and communicate with students, provide guidance, monitor student performance and address issues that arise; collaborate with the academic departments, program administrators and with other university student support offices to ensure a positive learning experience; communicate with students to assess their needs and connect them with appropriate resources.


MSW Preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently and also be team oriented. Comfort with use of technology. Please include a cover letter with your application in order to be considered

30 hour per week position (75% time). Requires 3 hours per week of evening work done remotely (online or by telephone).
