Educational Technology/Learning Management Support Specialist (Canvas)-18001829

This is a part time position anticipated to work 17.5 hours per week.

The Webster Veterinary Family Library provides services and support for students, faculty and staff on the Grafton Campus. The library provides access to print and electronic content, in addition to providing support for the online curriculum management system.

Provide support for Canvas, the Veterinary School's learning management system, educational technology, multimedia educational resources and educational web based initiatives.


Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field required. Minimum of one (1) year of LMS administrative experience preferred. Experience with Canvas required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Three or more years of experience in instructional design, educational technologies or related areas desirable. Ability to collaborate and work as a team, be creative and devise solutions to problems related to the learning management system. Sensitivity to the various levels of computer literacy in faculty, students and staff. Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Project a professional image and provide outstanding customer service.
