Duties: The Administrative Assistant provides a high level of administrative support for the Office of the Dean. Responsibilities include:
managing the Dean's schedule, calendar, and travel arrangements; handling correspondence between the Dean's Office and internal
and external constituents; planning meetings and special events; greeting visitors; handling incoming calls; reconciling budget
items; serving as back-up support to the Administrative Coordinator for faculty affairs; and assisting with special projects.
Qualifications: HS and 3 - 5 years of experience; Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
