Degree and Area of Specialization:
MD is required.
American Board of Ophthalmology certified or Board eligible is required.
Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:
Residency training in U.S. Ophthalmology Accredited Program is required.
Fellowship trained physician in uveitis is required.
License or certificate:
Wisconsin Medical License
UW Health Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences seeks qualified candidates (MD is required. American Board of Ophthalmology certified or Board eligible and uveitis fellowship trained) for a uveitis and a comprehensive ophthalmology position. Candidates must be eligible for a Wisconsin medical license. Primary duties include clinical patient care and clinical teaching of medical students, residents and fellows. Opportunities for research are available for interested candidates.
