Duties: Reporting to the Business Manager, this position provides administrative support to further the academic mission of the marketing department. Duties include those related to faculty and staff support, scheduled programs, meetings, events, and daily operations of the department. Help train and oversee student workers.
This position serves as first point of contact for internal and external vendors, constituents, inquiries and daily operations.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience working in a university setting is helpful, but not required. Ability to prioritize and manage ongoing and diverse projects in a dynamic environment. Effective interpersonal skills a must.
