PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Duties: Student Registration & Financial Services is seeking a team member with the grit and passion to develop and manage the design and implementation of a One Stop Shop to deliver World-Class Customer Service to our students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, etc.
Reporting to the Executive Director, but working independently and as a member of the One Stop Shop team, this position will: Analyze and merge data from various institutional databases to support the reporting and operational requirements of the organization; Manage the design and implementation of ongoing process improvement for both internal and forward-facing processes, procedures, and documentation; Prepare documentation for the Executive Director to help support decision-making around program development, including cost/benefit analysis, evaluation of vendor solutions, preparation of implementation, and training plans. Develop and manage the implementation of a wide range of plans to prepare staff for a One Stop Shop, such as designing and developing training programs that foster the growth of necessary skill sets in staff; service delivery schedules and goals, reporting, renovations; Synthesize information, drafting and editing for communications to management, One Stop Shop team, department, and University community.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; 5 to 7 years of experience preferred.
Clear and professional written and oral communication; Quantitative and qualitative analytic and critical thinking and problem solving skills. Experience creating standardized metrics; Highly organized with strong attention to detail; Ability to independently maintain effective organizational, time management, and prioritization of projects; Experience in university student services and one-stop shop model preferred.
