STUDENT AFFAIRS & ADVISING COORDINATOR
Duties: Reporting to the Director of Student Life and Undergraduate Education, assist the Director in developing and executing ongoing and new programs and activities related to undergraduate education. Manage Sophomore Year Experience. Oversee student activities. Coordinate logistics for events and programming related to undergraduate education and student life.
Serve as academic advisor for undergraduate students as part of the advising team and wellness liaison with special focus on study abroad advising.
Support the undergraduate educational mission, provide administrative support to the Associate Dean and serve as a liaison on university committees.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience working with and supporting faculty and students, experience working in a study abroad office or experience with study abroad programs. Familiarity with undergraduate student programming. Experience advising students related to academic success. Proficient with Gsuite, PowerPoint and understanding of academic benchmarking practices.
