The University of Arkansas System is embarking on a transformational Workday project for its Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP). The project will encompass a phased implementation of Workday's Financial Management, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Student Administration for all System entities. The overarching vision is for "the System to operate even more like a System" by bringing member institutions onto the Workday ERP platform for all major business functions. The System intends to adopt leading practices and consistent business processes as part of this initiative.

Summary of Job Duties
The UA System is seeking a collegial, collaborative individual to serve as the Workday Recruiting & Talent Analyst on the Human Capital Management ERP (Workday) implementation team. Reporting to the Recruiting & Talent Management Functional Lead and working "two in the box" with the implementation partner (Deloitte), the Workday Recruiting & Talent Analyst will complete hands-on functional and technical project activities and provide guidance to System resources. This position will demonstrate and explain key product features, document requirements and design, provide knowledge transfer to the project team, configure the corresponding functionality and assist in testing and support roll-out.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated leadership skills and be able to lead and coordinate activities in a collegial and collaborative environment. The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills along with a demonstrated commitment to the overarching vision for the "System to operate even more like a System" and have an ability to interact successfully with a variety of constituents.

- The educational equivalent of Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least one year of experience working in human resources
- Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses on an average of once a week as needed
