Responsibilities

Administers the card access system providing ID cards and controlling building access. Interfaces with University dining and library systems as well as outside vendors. Oversees production & issuance of ID cards for students/staff/guests and handles financial transactions related to ID replacement. Assists in OCRS housing applications, assignments and billing.


Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, etc.).

Academic areas or major: Computer science, Business Management, Project Management.

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience.
    Specific type of experience required:
  • Customer service, database entry, and utilizing card access systems.

Supervisory/managerial experience required:
  • Team leadership.

Special knowledge:
Knowledge of Windows Office software programs and ability to learn new software programs easily. Customer service skills and technical aptitude. Knowledge of BASIS , CBORD and/or StarRez preferable.

Directs semester access assignment modifications.
