Desktop Support Analyst

Desktop Support Analyst

This is a 1-year contract position. Under close supervision of the Standardized Desktop Support Supervisor, will be responsible for acting as desktop support for clients under the managed desktop support model. This role will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktops in our managed desktop environment. It will include supporting desktops in the Windows and Apple environments. This position will also be responsible for assisting the desktop team with various I.T. projects on an as-needed basis.

Salary: Hourly Commensurate with experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Contract Position.
