Credential Processing Coordinator

Description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, and under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Technology, the Processing Coordinator will work primarily with the processing of applications, customer inquiries or receipt of credentials via the departmental mailbox and outside vendors. Additional responsibilities include system testing for new releases or changes and performing tasks associated with departmental partners as requested.

Campus Location: Boston Campus

Required Knowledge:
Excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office software and attention to detail.

Preferred/Desirable Knowledge:
Bachelors degree preferred.

Required Prior Work Experience:
One to two years related experience.
