Assistant Professor of Accounting

McPherson College seeks an Assistant Professor of Accounting in the Department of Business. This is an entry-level, tenure-track, nine-month appointment that starts in January 2020.

The applicant must be a C.P.A. Significant experience in accounting and business or a graduate degree in accounting and/or business are required. Teaching experience is preferred. Courses to be taught include Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Individual Income Tax, and Personal Finance. The successful candidate will have demonstrated potential for teaching excellence, will hold the ability to function collegially in a small college environment, and will have a commitment to the liberal arts.
