Financial Aid Technical Services Manager
The Financial technical Services Manger is responsible for insuring all Banner Financial Aid, Document Imaging, Work Flow, Degree Works, and other technical support systems as they relate to Financial Aid are maintained and utilized at an optimal level for efficient and effective processing and awarding of financial aid for students. The FA Technical Service Manager will provide data, summary information, and analysis of key strategic indicators on a regular basis allowing the director ot be proactive in making strategic decisions in leading and directing the financial aid programs of the college.Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of financial aid or related experience.
Must be a hands-on, participatory leader to be successful. Must have a strong commitment to excellence in customer service. Requires some work weeks to exceed 40 hours without compensation during each term. May require coverage of office one night per week. Some lifting may be required.
