Position Summary: Assist the head coach with all aspects of the Strength & Conditioning program including but not limited to: practice competition activities, player skill development, recruiting, directing and implementing plans for daily practices and competitions, organizing and administering clinics, etc., and overall administrative tasks within the operation of the program. Must demonstrate integrity, leadership, a strong commitment and ability to motivate, teach, counsel, and recruit academically qualified students.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field (exercise science, biomechanics, sport science, physical education) required. Must hold or be pursuing certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association or College Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. Must be CPR First aid certified.

Qualification and Experience: 2-5 years of coaching experience in an intercollegiate environment preferably at a Division I level. Knowledge of and familiarity NCAA rules and regulations. Good organizational, interpersonal communications and computer skills necessary.
