Job description

Duties: Manage CollegeNet Admissions and CRM System for LPS. Provide ongoing training, support and consultation on all system questions including implementation of any new LPS programs. Advise on and manage data reporting from system to support strategic enrollment management; serve as internal expert on LPS CollegeNet data and enrollment queries. Represent LPS in university graduate admissions group and work closely with SAS computing-IRAD group on CollegeNet systems management, admissions data management and reporting issues.

Qualifications: REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience in a higher education setting. Expertise with data systems and structures, including experience merging and transforming relational data and working with relational databases, producing reports using query tools such as Business Objects. High level of proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel and Access. Process oriented; experience documenting systems and workflow processes.

5-7 years' experience in a higher education setting. Experience in university admissions. Familiarity with CollegeNet system, or experience in the administration of other CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Some familiarity with SQL preferred.
