Advertised Job Summary: Performance Nutrition Sous Chef will report to the Executive Chef and Director of Athletics Food & Beverage, will be assisting the Executive Chef as an integral member of the athletics culinary team. The sous chef will work in the day to day operations providing optimal fuel for student athletes. This position will allow the individual to be involved in menu development, hands on experience with cooking demos for all student athletes and high-end catering.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Associates Degree or equivalency, 2+ years experience in culinary field. Experience in food preparation, food safety, and customer service experience. Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety.
