Degree and Area of Specialization:

Minimum of a Master's Degree or ABD in English, Creative Writing, Comparative Literature, or Gender and Women's Studies. Knowledge in Gender and Women's Studies required. PhD preferred.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Previous teaching experience at the college/university level preferred.



License or certificate:



Position Summary:

Teach Gender and Women's Studies - GWS 350: Special Topics in Gender and Literature
Past subjects taught: Adaptations of Black Women's Literature; Gender, Migration, and Muslim Women Writers

There is a possibility this position can be extended in subsequent semesters to teach one or more of course(s) listed on this PVL, or similar courses within the department. This position may become renewable if there is a need for an ongoing appointment.
