Advertised Job Summary: USCA seeks a Director of Assessment and Special Projects - Student Life and Services to create a comprehensive assessment program for the Division of Student Life and Services to provide relevant data for strategic planning for the division. Works closely with the Institutional Effectiveness, Research and Compliance Office to complete necessary surveys, assessments, and reports that relate to Student Life and Services. Assists department chairs and the Vice Chancellor in developing strategic plans for the division. Serves as the administrator of the Maxient and Presence software programs for the division. Assists the Vice Chancellor of Student Life and Services to create a yearly professional development plan for the division and works on special projects for the division as assigned by the Vice Chancellor. Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 5 years related experience, OR bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience. Some evening and weekend work required. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree in Student Services or related field and 5 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience.
